Description
The AON6380 is a high-performance N-Channel MOSFET designed by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS) for high-efficiency power switching applications. With a drain-source voltage (V<sub>DS</sub>) of 30V and a continuous drain current of up to 62A, it is optimized for use in synchronous buck converters, load switching, battery protection, and general-purpose power management in compact devices.
The ultra-low R<sub>DS(on)</sub> — as low as 1.7 mΩ at V<sub>GS</sub> = 10V — ensures minimal conduction losses and high efficiency, even under heavy load. Packaged in a thermally enhanced DFN 3×3 8-lead package, it provides excellent thermal and electrical performance in space-constrained applications.
