The AON7410 is a high-performance N-Channel Power MOSFET from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS), designed for high-current, low-voltage switching applications. With a drain-source voltage (V<sub>DS</sub>) of 30V and the ability to handle up to 80A of continuous current, it is ideal for applications such as synchronous buck converters, load switches, and battery power systems.
This MOSFET features an ultra-low R<sub>DS(on)</sub> of 1.5 mΩ at V<sub>GS</sub> = 10V, reducing conduction losses and improving system efficiency. The DFN 5×6 8-lead package offers enhanced thermal performance in a compact form factor, making the AON7410 suitable for high-density circuit designs like notebook VRMs, GPUs, and power management modules.
