The 4407A is a high-performance P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET, designed for low-voltage, high-current switching applications. With a drain-source voltage rating of -30V and continuous drain current up to 8–10A (depending on the package and thermal conditions), this MOSFET is perfect for battery-powered systems, DC-DC converters, and load switches.
