Description

The RT6575D combines two high-efficiency step-down (buck) controllers with auxiliary linear regulators, reducing component count in power management designs for systems like laptops.

  • Constant on-time control (fast transient response)

  • Supports diode emulation and ultrasonic mode for quiet operation

• Integrated LDOs:

  • 3.3 V LDO output (100 mA max)

• Input Voltage Range:

  • Typically 5.5 V to 25 V

• Soft Features:

  • Built-in soft-start

  • Soft-discharge (prevents negative voltage spikes)

  • Over-voltage protection (OVP)

  • Under-voltage protection (UVP)
