NCP302045M – High-Current Integrated Driver & MOSFET for Synchronous Buck Converters
The NCP302045M is a fully integrated driver plus MOSFET solution optimized for high-current DC‑DC buck regulator applications. It combines a MOSFET driver, a high-side MOSFET, and a low-side MOSFET in a compact PQFN package, reducing board space and simplifying layout compared to discrete designs.
This device supports peak current levels up to 75 A and is capable of efficient operation at switching frequencies up to 2 MHz. It accepts standard 3.3 V or 5 V PWM logic and supports 3-level PWM and Zero-Current Detection (ZCD) for improved light-load efficiency.
