TPS51716 – Complete DDR Memory Power Solution with Synchronous Buck and 2 A LDO
The TPS51716 is a high-performance, integrated power management IC tailored for memory modules (DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR3, DDR4). It combines a synchronous buck controller for generating the VDDQ rail and a dedicated 2 A sink/source tracking LDO for VTT/termination and a buffered reference (VTTREF).
By integrating multiple power functions into one small package, TPS51716 helps designers save board space and simplifies the design of memory power subsystems in notebook, desktop, or embedded platforms.
