With a drain-source voltage of 30V and continuous drain current up to 55A per channel, it handles demanding loads in compact designs. Its ultra-low Rds(on) reduces conduction losses, while the fast switching speeds (rise/fall times in nanoseconds) make it ideal for high-frequency DC-DC converters, motor drivers, and battery protection circuits. Packaged in a space-saving DFN 5×6 8-lead format, the AOE6936 is suitable for high-density power designs where efficiency and thermal performance matter.
