Description
The 3401 is a compact, high-efficiency P-Channel enhancement-mode MOSFET, commonly used for load switching and general power management tasks. It supports a drain-source voltage of –30 V and a continuous drain current of up to –4.2 A, making it suitable for moderate-power applications.
