Description
The AON7426 is a high-performance N-Channel Power MOSFET developed by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS), optimized for low-voltage, high-current switching applications. It features an ultra-low R<sub>DS(on)</sub> of 1.1 mΩ (at V<sub>GS</sub> = 10V), enabling minimal conduction losses and superior efficiency, even under heavy load.
With a drain-source voltage (V<sub>DS</sub>) of 30V and a continuous drain current of up to 100A, the AON7426 is ideal for high-performance power systems, including synchronous buck converters, load switches, battery management, and graphic card VRMs.
It comes in a DFN 5×6-8L thermally enhanced surface-mount package, offering excellent thermal performance in a compact footprint.
