Description
The AON7403 is a high-efficiency N-Channel Power MOSFET designed by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS) for use in compact, high-current switching applications. With a drain-source voltage (V<sub>DS</sub>) of 30V and a continuous drain current of up to 80A, it delivers excellent performance for demanding power systems.
Featuring an ultra-low R<sub>DS(on)</sub> of 1.8 mΩ at V<sub>GS</sub> = 10V, the AON7403 minimizes conduction losses and heat generation, improving system efficiency and reliability. It is housed in a DFN 5×6-8L thermally enhanced surface-mount package, making it well-suited for space-constrained designs.
