The AON7408 is an enhancement‑mode N‑Channel MOSFET ideal for low‑voltage, high‑efficiency switching tasks. It supports up to 30 V drain‑source voltage and is optimized for use in DC‑DC converters, load switches, battery power circuits, and other compact power modules.
With a small DFN 3×3‑8L form factor, this MOSFET offers space-saving design without compromising performance. Its electrical characteristics provide a good balance of current handling, switching speed, and thermal efficiency in dense layouts.
