The AON6314 is a compact, high-performance N-Channel Power MOSFET developed by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS) for efficient switching in low-voltage applications. It supports a maximum V<sub>DS</sub> of 30V and handles a continuous drain current of up to 53A, making it ideal for use in synchronous buck converters, DC-DC converters, load switches, and battery management systems.
With an ultra-low R<sub>DS(on)</sub> — as low as 2.4 mΩ at V<sub>GS</sub> = 10V — the AON6314 minimizes conduction losses and heat dissipation, enabling higher efficiency and reliability in space-constrained designs.
Housed in a DFN 3×3 8-lead package, the device offers excellent thermal performance and is well-suited for use in portable electronics, computing systems, and power tools.
