The AON7506 is a high-performance N-Channel MOSFET designed for power management applications in computing, telecommunications, and consumer electronics. Manufactured by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS), this device features low R<sub>DS(on)</sub>, fast switching capability, and a compact DFN 3×3 package—making it suitable for high-efficiency DC-DC converters, load switches, and synchronous rectification in POL regulators.
