The ISL6237 is a high-efficiency, dual-output step-down PWM controller designed to power notebook processors, chipsets, and DDR memory systems. It supports both fixed and adjustable output voltages, delivering two independent voltage rails with excellent load regulation and fast transient response.
One channel provides a programmable output (typically for CPU/GPU cores), while the second is optimized for DDR memory, featuring a VTT tracking output. The controller includes robust protection features such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and thermal shutdown, making it a reliable solution for mobile and embedded platforms.
