The SY8270C from Silergy is a compact, fully integrated synchronous step-down regulator designed for high-current, space-constrained applications. It operates from an input voltage range of 4 V to 23 V and provides a continuous output current up to 10 A with excellent efficiency across the entire load range.
Its advanced constant-on-time (COT) control architecture delivers fast transient response and tight voltage regulation, making it ideal for powering digital ICs such as CPUs, GPUs, DDR memory, and system controllers. With integrated high- and low-side MOSFETs featuring very low R<sub>DS(on)</sub>, the SY8270C minimizes switching and conduction losses.
