Description
The AON7934 is a high-performance dual N-Channel MOSFET designed for use in synchronous buck converters, DC-DC converters, and other compact power management applications. With a drain-source voltage rating of 30V and asymmetric FETs optimized for both high-side and low-side switching, this device provides excellent efficiency and thermal performance in space-constrained designs.
The low on-resistance and fast switching capabilities reduce power losses, making it ideal for battery-powered devices, notebooks, and embedded systems. The DFN 3×3-8L package supports high power density with a small PCB footprint.
