Description
The AON6962 is a robust, high-current N-Channel MOSFET designed by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor for use in power management, load switching, and DC-DC converter applications. With a maximum drain-source voltage (V<sub>DS</sub>) of 30V and a continuous drain current of up to 80A, it is optimized for low conduction losses and high switching efficiency.
Thanks to its ultra-low R<sub>DS(on)</sub>, as low as 1.4 mΩ @ V<sub>GS</sub> = 10V, the AON6962 helps minimize power loss and heat generation, making it ideal for space-constrained, high-performance designs such as notebooks, graphics cards, and power tools.
It comes in a DFN 5×6 8-lead package, offering excellent thermal performance and efficient board space utilization.
